ESTA ORDEN Y RECOMENDACION ES SUPLEMENTARIA A LA PRIMERA ORDEN REFORMADA DE LA ADMINISTRACION DE EMERGENCIA CON ORDEN OBLIGATORIA DE REFUGIO EN SU HOGAR.
EL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE CUALQUIER DE LAS DISPOSICIONES DE ESTA ORDEN CONSTITUYE UNA AMENAZA INMINENTE PARA LA SALUD PUBLICA.
IMP COVID-19
CONSIDERANDO, junto con la Declaracion Nacional de Emergencia emitida por el Presidente Trump y la Declaraci6n de Desastre del Gobemador Abbott el 13 de Marzo de 2020, y las posteriores declaraciones y orientaciones nacionales y estatales y por una abundancia de precauci6n para limitar o reducir la propagaci6n de COVID-19 al Condado de Cameron;
THIS ORDER AND RECOMMENDATIONS IS A SUPPLEMENT TO THE FIRST AMENDED EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ORDER WITH MANDATORY COUNTYWIDE SHELTER IN PLACE.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDER CONSTITUTES AN IMMINENT THREAT TO PUBLIC HEALTH.
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the National Emergency Declaration issued by President Trump and Governor Abbott's Declaration of Disaster on March I 3, 2020, and subsequent National and State Declarations and guidance and out of an abundance of caution to limit or reduce the spread of COVID-19 to Cameron County; and
Today, April 6, 2020, Cameron County Judge Eddie Treviño, Jr. announced the extension of the First Amended Emergency Management Order with Mandatory Countywide Shelter in Place for another two weeks until Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. This order shall remain in effect due to the increasing concerns of COVID-19 in Cameron County and is extended for the best interest of the general public, to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, and is in place for the protection of life during this global health pandemic of COVID-19.
Effective March 25, 2020, Cameron County Judge Eddie Trevino, Jr. ordered and issued the First Amended Emergency Management Order with Mandatory Countywide Shelter in Place. This Order is to protect from the significant threats of COVID-19 to life, health and property of residents in Cameron County and in accordance and conjunction with the National Emergency Declaration issued by President Trump and Governor Abbott's Declaration of Disaster of March 13, 2020 and subsequent orders.
