THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED IN-PERSON AND VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE CALL. The Cameron County Dune Protection Committee Board meeting will convene at the Cameron County Court House (Dancy Building) Commissioners Court Room with physical address 1100 E Monroe St. Brownsville, Texas. 78520.

II. Approval of Minutes of July 3, 2025 meeting.
III. New Business:
a. Discussion and possible action on a Beachfront Construction Certificate and Dune Protection Permit Application for Cameron County for the continuation of beach access amenities at Beach Access #3.
b. Discussion and possible action on a Beachfront Construction Certificate and Dune Protection Permit Application for Cameron County for the constructions of upgrades and repairs needed at E.K. Atwood Park (Beach Access #5).
