Animal Adoption Program
The Animal Adoption Program, launched in 2009, is a public service ad campaign focused on spreading the word that pets in shelters are wonderful and lovable, and encouraging potential adopters to consider the shelter as the first place to look when acquiring a “new best friend.”
Directions
From Brownsville (North Bound)
- Take the Farm Road 510 Exit.
- Turn Right onto Farm Road 510.
- Pass Business 77 continue straight until San Jose Ranch Road.
- At the red blinking light turn right, the Animal Shelter is on your left hand side of the road.
From Harlingen (South Bound)
- Take the Farm Road 510 Exit.
- Turn Left onto Farm Road 510.
- Pass Business 77 continue straight until San Jose Ranch Road.
- At the red blinking light turn right, the Animal Shelter is on your left hand side of the road.
