Beer and Wine License

The County Clerk is responsible for processing the applications for Beer, Wine and Mixed Beverages for businesses within Cameron County.

County Requirements:
Original and one copy of “Prequalification packet”. (Packet obtained through TABC)

The following sections must be completed before submitting to County Clerk for processing:

  • All Applicants Acknowledgement
  • Certificate of City Secretary
  • Comptroller of Public Accounts Certificate
  • Original Publisher’s Affidavit (proof of 2 consecutive newspaper issues)

Pay current filing fee (see Fee Schedule). We accept cashier’s check, money orders, checks and cash as a form of payment. Make checks or money orders payable to Cameron County Clerk. You may use credit or debit cards with an additional processing fee of $5.95.
