If on the Primary Ballot – Date Pending
By 5:00 PM (In-Person) or 11:59 PM (Electronically)
All Others – Deadline Extended to June 30th 2021

Officials choosing to submit electronically will receive a confirmation message to the email address that submitted the financial statement.
